Meet Our Team

Brenda is the President and 3rd generation owner of J. Edwards Insurance. She is a graduate of Alfred University with a Bachelor’s in Nursing. After graduation she worked as a Occupational Health Nurse at WCA Hospital. She began her insurance career in 1986 working as agent in personal lines for her parents’ agency. She has over 30 years of extensive insurance and risk management experience. She enjoys spending time with her family, serving on numerous church, insurance & local community boards. She is thankful for her great staff, clients and the time she can find to snow and water ski.

Bryce is the 4th generation to work at the agency and joined the J. Edwards Insurance team in 2014. He is licensed in personal and commercial insurance. As a graduate of Houghton College, Bryce has his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with concentrations in both Finance and Management. In his spare time, he enjoys boating with his family on Chautauqua Lake, spending time outdoors and waterfowl hunting. Bryce resides in Bemus Point, NY with his wife Katie and two daughters, Ella & Aria.

Larissa started in the insurance industry in 1989 and started working for J. Edwards Insurance in 1994. Born & raised in Clymer, NY, Larissa then moved to Panama in 1995 after starting with J. Edwards Insurance.  She is married, has 2 adult sons and 2 dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family & dogs and look forwards to vacations consisting of sitting on the beach with her toes in the sand.

Carrie graduated from Jamestown Business College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management. She has her Broker License in Commercial and Personal Insurance as well as her Life License.  Carrie has achieved her CISR designation and is a Notary Public.  She enjoys spending time with her Husband and 2 young children.

Kelly has been in insurance for a few years. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her son. Kelly enjoys working at J. Edwards Insurance Agency, Inc. because of the great atmosphere at both offices.

Ashley began her journey with the J. Edwards Insurance family in January 2020 as a licensed Insurance Agent for both Personal and Commercial Insurances. In 2010, she graduated locally from Jamestown Business College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in both Marketing and Management. She is a hardworking and ambitious professional who enjoys working with people. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and traveling. In the Spring, you can find her sitting at a baseball diamond watching her son Blake playing baseball all over the country.

Chelsea joined the J. Edwards Insurance family in June of 2021 as a CSR and has been a licensed agent since October 2021. She is a 2015 graduate of Panama Central School and 2019 graduate of SUNY Fredonia where she double majored in Theatre Arts and Communications – Journalism. Chelsea loves to spend time with her family and friends, reading or traveling to someplace new!

Kevin is an experienced insurance professional. Experienced and licensed in property and casualty, life, disability, and benefits insurance. Kevin has a broad understanding of insurance at all levels from personal to large complex commercial risk. He earned certifications as Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) through the Hartford School of Insurance, and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) through the International Risk Management Institute (IRMI). In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, spending time on Chautauqua Lake, and is a founder of the Chautauqua Lake Rowing Association.

Jaime has been in the insurance industry since 2018 and currently has her personal lines licenses in both New York and Pennsylvania. Prior to beginning her carrier in the insurance industry, Jaime graduated from Jamestown Business College with a degree in Marketing & Management. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her husband, Luis and her daughter, Emelia. She enjoys traveling, retail therapy, doing puzzles and making memories with friends and family.

Meghan been working as a customer service representative for various companies for almost 20 years. A lifelong resident of the area, Meghan is a graduate of Maple Grove High School. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, swimming, writing poetry, and walking her dog. She has five children that keep her busy between their various activities such as band, softball, baseball, basketball and football. Meghan loves helping others and finding a way to make them smile.
